What more can I say? It is! The artist wrote in Dutch under 'habitat' (translation to English): ''Nobody stands still with the thought that the parks and the waters in our cities are mostly meant for us, people. Only birds are ''wild'' animals that stay in our cities, despite the '' pests''. With this installation habitat we create an experiment to investigate the compaction of the nature within the city. A piece of wild nature, custom made for diversity to city birds in our noisy loud tiled world.'' And that makes me like this piece more: the project of making this typeface has a goal, not to mention it's executed in a lovely way. At the same time it's funny and misleading because the typography tells us a story about a fox, but if you take a closer look at it you can see the city birds..., which teaches us a lesson that an artwork with an ''obvious'' concept isn't always what you think it is about.
